According to the source - A fatal crane collapse in Downtown Dubai on Saturday in which 3 workers were killed and many injured.
All Monitoring crew on the site and the senior Managers were taken to Police custody for questioning.
A preliminary police investigation suggested that the crane elevator used to lift construction materials was not fastened securely in the right position, which may have led to it collapsing on the workers who were standing under the crane.
Investigation still continues according to Police Authorities.
