A woman drove over her boyfriend because of McDonald's

Crystal Greer Brooks, her 41-year-old boyfriend Santiago Hernandez and an acquaintance had reportedly "all been drinking" when they decided to grab a bite to eat.
According to a police report provided to The Smoking Gun, Ms Brooks threw a tantrum when the other two refused to stop at McDonald's.
Mr Hernandez pulled over the car and Ms Brooks slid into the driver's seat.
"Victim Santiago Hernandez was standing in front of the truck," the police report reads. "Suspect Crystal Greer Brooks pulled foward and struck victim Santiago Hernandez.
"He fell onto the hood (bonnet) and then onto the ground," it reads. "She again pulled forward and struck him two more times with the truck."

Officer Dennis Hickman, who responded to the incident, observed abrasions on Mr Hernandez's arm and back. The victim's clothing was also torn in a manner that was consistent with him being dragged across the pavement.
Ms Brooks told Officer Hickman Mr Hernandez had jumped on the bonnet, but he decided the evidence didn't support that story and arrested her.
Ms Brooks has been charged with aggravated assault. Mr Hernandez was taken to a friend's house and given a domestic violence form.
