Move over, Miley Cyrus. Another star would like a moment in the scandalous spotlight - and you know her pretty well. A cameraman captured Noah Cyrus - 13-year old Noah Cyrus - driving around Los Angeles yesterday with her father, Billy Ray, sitting proudly in the passenger's seat. California law requires one to be 15-and-a-half before one can obtain a learner's permit.
Noah Cyrus doesn't turn legal driving age for another 20 months and Billy Ray is yet to respond to calls asking about this incident. But don't hold your breath for authorities to step in and ticket the law-breaking young lady. Because no officer actually caught Noah in the act, nothing can be done about it now. On the bright side, at least the 13-year was fully dressed.
